The Saipan DO recently celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a luncheon of Mexican food prepared by newly arrived TE Alfredo Quiroz, assited by soon-to-retire TE Joyce Harris. The food was happily consumed by Mike Newman and his wife Julie. Sadly, Bridgette Camacho was out on sick leave and Isidro was attending class at college.
