Vietnamese Restaurant
This enormously popular Vietnamese restaurant is on the south side of Heng Boun Road a few blocks west of the National Cultural Hall. They make excellent spring rolls (fresh and fried) and nam neung, a dish consisting of pork sausage, vegetables and fruit in a fresh spring roll wrapper.
